Admission Process

Prerequisites

Admission to our school is governed by specific government and council regulations, as well as conditions related to age, ability, and conduct. Please note that admission is provisional until the Transfer Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced. If the student is transferring from another state, this certificate must be countersigned by the District Education Officer of that state. A Birth Certificate & AADHAAR CARD is mandatory for all new admissions.

Admittance Criteria

The Academic Year for the school begins in April each year.
The admission Form for Grade 1 to 9 are available from the school premises in February and the admission process is completed by March.
Admission into higher grades depends on seat availability.
The admission process into the school is simplistic and requires minimal basic information of any ward seeking admission into the school.
Parents of students seeking admission into the school are requested to follow the steps as listed below.

Fill in an online inquiry form ‑ Submit filling in all required details.

Synergy Call

Students and parents of selected candidates will be called to the school for an interaction with the school Principal/Vice‑Principal.
Students seeking admission in Grade 5 and above may have to appear for an "admission test" ‑ where questions pertaining to required relevant knowledge will be asked from Languages, Science and Maths.
The student score will form an important prerequisite for admission.
Parents/Student may be allowed to tour the school campus and meet faculty with prior permission from the Administrative Head.
In case of vacancy, parents will receive an interaction call.

Post-Enrollment

Collect Admission Form and submit it with relevant documents like Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card & Passport Size ‑ Photographs, etc.
Permanent Enrollment Number (PEN) & AADHAAR DISE number of the student is mandatory for seeking admission ‑ Grade 2 onwards.
Payment of Fees to the Accounts Department.

Leaving Credential

The Leaving Certificate will be issued on the following basis:
1. An application for withdrawal has been made by the parent/guardian
2. After all dues have been paid
3. All library books have been returned
4. The Leaving Certificate will take approximately 3 weeks after all the above formalities are completed
Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
1. Indiscipline
2. Attendance below 70%
